Testing laboratory forms a part of «Seatrans Consulting»® which carries out the following activity:
Navigation (routine) repairs and tests to securing devices of general cargo on board the ships (lashings, tensions devices, buttresses and locks, lashes, stocking cones, penguin hooks, joint rings, pedestal and flush sockets, dove-tail type sockets).
Testing of bulk cargoes to determine transport performance:
- Determination of actual humidity.
- Determination of angle of repose.
- Determination of stowage factor.
- Particle size distribution.
- Determination of the temperature of the cargo.
The Recognition Certificate of the testing laboratory and the Certificate of firm conformity issued by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping confirm the legitimacy of the laboratory's operation.
Workers having specialized education as well as having enough work experience form the personnel of the Company. Quality Management System was implemented.
