INTEGRITY

All employees of Seatrans Consulting are committed to perform their duties professional, independent and impartial manner in all its activities, honestly with no influence to allow any deviation from its approved instructions, methods and procedures. Where approved test methods make provision for tolerance in results, such tolerances shall not be abused to alter the actual test findings.

Improperly changed, all reports and certificates shall correctly present the actual findings, professional opinions or results obtained.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Seatrans Consulting committed to ensure that conflicts of interest shall be avoided with any related entity in which there is any financial or commercial interest and to which services are provided. Conflicts of interest shall be avoided between the companies and/or divisions engaged in different activities but which may be providing services to either the same client or each other. Also Seatrans Consulting employees shall avoid conflicts of interest with the activities of the company.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Seatrans Consulting ensure that all information received in the course of the provision of its services shall be treated as business confidential to the extent that such information is not already published, generally available to third parties or otherwise in the public domain. ln addition, all Information received should be protected as well, all information should be stored in a place that provide protection to this confidentiality.

ANTI-BRIBERY

Seatrans Consulting Policy prohibits any offer or acceptance of a bribe in any form, including kickbacks on any portion of a contract payment. Also the use of any routes or channels for provision of improper benefits to, or receipt of improper benefits from, customers, agents, contractors, suppliers, or employees of any such party, or government officials are prohibited.

FAIR BUSINESS CONDUCT

Seatrans Consulting shall only present itself and conduct marketing, including any comparisons with or references to competitors or their services, in a matter that is truthful and not deceptive or misleading or likely to mislead.

All Employees shall conduct business with the highest standards of business ethics and integrity and shall not do anything which would bring its reputation, or the reputation of TIC Council or the TIC Council industry, into disrepute.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Seatrans Consulting establishes and implements safety training for both operations and health & Safety, all employees are trained to protect the health and safety of employees, customers, and third parties and shall monitor incidents with the view of minimizing risks in the course of business operations.
