The personnel of the department comprises independent appraisal experts and masters of appraisal graduated from Russian institutions of higher education. The «Seatrans Consulting»® has full legitimacy in this activity. It is insured with ZAO «Guta Strahovanie», and is the member of Russian Appraisal Masters Association.
